Cancellation Policy

  • Before August 1, 2025: 70% refund
  • August 1 - August 31, 2025: 50% refund
  • After August 31, 2025: No refund

Frequently Asked Questions

No, registration fees do not include accommodation. Participants must arrange their own accommodation. However, discounted rates have been negotiated with several hotels near the conference venue. Please visit the Accommodation page for more information.

No, we do not offer single-day registrations. All registrations cover the entire conference period from October 24-26, 2025. However, pre-conference workshops on October 23 are available for separate registration.

Yes, all speakers must register for the conference. Invited keynote speakers will receive a registration waiver or special registration code directly from the organizing committee.

No, you can register for the conference before receiving notification about your abstract. However, at least one author of each accepted abstract must register for the conference for the abstract to be included in the program and proceedings.

Yes, all registered participants will receive a certificate of attendance after the conference. Certificates will be available for download through the conference website using your registration credentials.
